These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Payment Terms”) apply to the use of services provided by MetaApply Career Counselling (“The Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By making a payment for our services, you (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) agree to abide by these terms.
1. Payment For Services
- We offer a comprehensive career counselling package at a single, all-inclusive price. This price will be communicated to you before you engage in any paid services. Please note that we reserve the right to revise pricing at any time.
- Payment Methods: Payments for our services are accepted through a secure internal payment link shared with the student. This link enables various payment methods, including:
– Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
– UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
– Online bank transfer
- No Cash Transactions are accepted.
MetaApply reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at its discretion.
2. Part Payment
We do not offer part payments or instalment plans; full settlement of fees is required at the time of enrolment.
3. Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy. All payments and services activated are non-refundable.
4. Taxes
The career counselling fee is inclusive of all taxes.
5. Changes in Fees
- MetaApply Career Counselling reserves the right to change the pricing structure for its services at any time. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
- If you have paid for a package in advance, the terms and fees agreed at the time of payment will be honoured for that specific service package.
6. No Transferability of Payments
Payments made for any service are non-transferable. They are applicable only for the specific service for which they were paid.
7. Security of Payment Information
We take reasonable precautions to ensure that your payment information is securely processed. We use encrypted payment gateways and adhere to industry standards for security to protect your financial data.
8. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include the details of the service purchased, the date and time of the session (if applicable), and a receipt for your records.
9. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any disputes related to payments, charges, or refunds, the Client should reach out to MetaApply Career Counselling’s support team at support@metaapplycareercounselling.io
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes amicably. However, if the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, India.
10. Amendments to Payment Terms
MetaApply Career Counselling reserves the right to amend these Payment Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the revised Payment Terms.
